I've been living in Nosara for almost two years now, and it is a place that truly helped me find myself again.

I started Almas del Sol because I know what it feels like to feel disconnected from yourself.

I grew up in a small town where I never really felt like I belonged. I always felt different, like my soul wanted something bigger than the life everyone expected me to live. So at 17, I left. I started traveling alone through Central America, surfing, meeting people from everywhere, learning new languages, and discovering who I really was outside of fear and judgment.

And somewhere between the ocean, the jungle, and all the uncertainty, I found myself again.

"That is why I created Almas del Sol."

Not just for surf and yoga retreats, but for people who feel like there has to be more to life. People who want to reconnect with themselves, meet like-minded souls, heal, laugh, slow down, and remember who they are when nobody is telling them who to be.

This is more than a retreat to me. It is the kind of space I wish I had when I was younger.

A week in Costa Rica cannot magically change your whole life, but sometimes it can remind you of the version of yourself you were always meant to become.
